Launch of the year

Fourvenues POS

We launched Fourvenues POS, the first POS purpose-built from inside the nightlife industry. It unifies orders, payments, and data on a single platform, running on the same mobile device your bar team already uses, so ordering, comping drinks, and charging happen in the same gesture.

The system is fully integrated with the complete Cashless ecosystem: it converts the ticket QR into a reloadable digital wallet, syncs with NFC wristbands to eliminate cash at the bar, and adds self-service top-up kiosks that drive autonomous spend during the event.

This is the next evolution of POS, designed specifically for the real pace of bars, VIP tables, and box offices. Bar service accelerates because ordering, comping, and charging run from the same device, which translates into more rounds per hour. Charges are exact: what the drink costs is exactly what gets billed, with no manual entry and no end-of-night discrepancies. Comp drinks and drink packages are fully traced through real-time QR redemption, and VIP tables are tracked live without paper or notepads. On top of that, full spend traceability eliminates the cost categories tied to cash handling: wrong change, security overhead, and shrinkage.

Built to grow revenue

Early Access Pricing

We launched Early Access tiers to help you increase early attendance and, with it, bar revenue. It is one of the pricing strategies you can deploy from Fourvenues: you configure a lower entry price with a hard arrival cutoff and, if the guest arrives late, the system detects it on scan and automatically charges the surcharge from the same device. The same logic applies to drink inclusions, since comps can be set to expire by time of arrival and validated automatically at the bar.

The business impact is immediate. One ticket, one rule, zero ambiguity at the door, and zero negotiation with staff because the surcharge collects automatically on scan. As a result, you shift a portion of your audience into earlier arrival windows, which translates into bar revenue hours that didn't exist before. According to data from our clients, tiered pricing structures can meaningfully increase annual ticket volume, with one operator moving from 50,000 to 64,000 tickets per year.

Pre-Event Drink Sales

You can now secure revenue before doors open by selling drink packages at the point of ticket purchase. Drinks attach to the ticket QR and are redeemed at the bar by scan. The Add-ons Report also gives you real-time visibility into cash collected and actual redemption rate throughout the event.

The impact is direct: you collect drink revenue before the event and stop depending solely on in-event bar consumption. With drink packages (e.g. "2 premium drinks, save 17% by buying now") guests buy more than they would in the moment, and the average ticket rises before doors even open. On top of that, bar service speeds up because redemption is QR-based, with no payment and no change. According to data from clients running this strategy, this drives up to 35% more bar revenue per event.

Post-Purchase Upsells

We've opened the sales window after the initial transaction closes. You can now sell drink packages and add-ons once the ticket is bought, and confirmation and reminder emails become active revenue touchpoints, with embedded purchase flows and banner space for cross-promotion of upcoming events or sponsor brands.

Where you converted once per guest, you now convert two or three times on the same acquisition cost. Your emails stop being operational notifications and become commercial assets that also serve as sponsor inventory. Every incremental dollar comes from guests you already paid to acquire.

Multi-Event Passes, Now on Sale

We launched multi-event passes: a single transaction covering access to multiple dates or a full season. You can configure as many pass types as needed, each with independent terms, and use them as inventory for sponsorship packages.

Passes give you pre-season liquidity, reinforce production, and let you hit targets without waiting for week-one sales. Pass holders typically bring their group, so your most loyal guests turn into an acquisition channel without additional spend. A single transaction locks in recurring attendance, fills more nights, and reduces the structural dependency on last-minute sales. And because passes are fully customizable, they become clean inventory for sponsorship deals that generate incremental revenue without operational complexity.

Built to run leaner

A significantly more flexible reservation system

The reservation system evolves with two key improvements. On one side, availability links let hosts, concierges, and reservations staff share a visual of available spaces directly with the client, for a frictionless sales process. On the other, flexible payments add installments and Tap2Pay: you send notifications to clients to request fractional payments up to the day of the event, and at the door guests pay with Tap2Pay, eliminating the terminal entirely. The interactive floor map also gives your team a consolidated real-time view of all space statuses.

With all of this, reservations close faster because "let me check if that's available" disappears. You also collect earlier and better, since installments secure cash before the event and reduce no-show risk. Tap2Pay removes friction at check-in, and every reservation carries a full payment history with end-to-end traceability.

Event Groups

We launched Event Groups: you can now apply configuration changes across multiple events simultaneously in a single click, and each group generates a dedicated sales link.

Configuration that used to take hours now takes one click, which is especially useful for high-volume operators running multiple brands on a weekly calendar or recurring event cycles. You promote entire series with one link, and any change in the group applies everywhere, eliminating configuration errors.

Automatic Commission Payouts

Fourvenues automates commission calculation and bulk payouts run in one click. Each promoter has a panel with Sold, Commissioned, In Process, Validated, and Pending, with a Validate button attached.

Calculation is automatic based on the rules you configure, and bulk settlements run without Excel. As a result, every promoter sees what they're owed and why, with full traceability. Your admin team gets back the hours they used to spend on something that should be automatic.

A new intelligence layer over your data

The Fourvenues intelligence layer evolves with new reports that bring real context and visibility. Sales targets and milestone notifications let you set revenue goals by service or event with custom alerts in real time. The event comparison dashboard lets you compare two events side by side from a single view, with no manual exports. And sales velocity tracking monitors the rate of sales across pricing tiers or sales methods over any window: did the headliner announcement move the needle? Are your promoters selling fast enough?

With all of this, decisions that used to require analysis or gut feel now happen in seconds. You react while the event is still live: if a tier is running below target, you adjust pricing or communications when it still matters. As a consequence, every edition becomes a data point that improves the next one, and everything lives inside the platform with zero dependency on manual exports.

CRM built for operators who actually know their guests

The CRM evolves with two key updates. Guest tags let you add descriptive labels to any attendee profile: Big Spender, Electronic, VIP, Influencer, and any custom tag you define. Custom data capture in ticket, list, and reservation flows lets you define exactly what information you want from your guests at each touchpoint during the purchase process.

Segmentation becomes real: campaigns target heavy users, VIPs, or specific scenes instead of going out to everyone at once. At the door, your team knows who's walking in before they arrive, and the purchase flow captures qualified data from the first touchpoint. Tags, behavior, and segmentation work together so that post-event campaigns actually convert.

Built to convert

Conversion features in the purchase flow

Two new microsite features designed to accelerate conversion. On one side, urgency tags display "Almost sold out" or "X tickets left" directly on each pricing tier to create real purchase pressure. On the other, pre-registration lets guests register before tickets go on sale, building qualified demand before the sale opens.

Conversion rises at the decision moment, because urgency well communicated accelerates the yes. On top of that, pre-registration users convert 32% higher on day one of sale, which reduces dependency on last-week panic buying and moves the sales curve earlier.

Fully branded wallet, now for lists and reservations

The wallet evolves and is now fully customizable across all product types: each ticket category, guest list entry, and VIP reservation can carry its own visual design, such as General Ticket, Guest List Free, or DJ Booth VIP Area.

As a result, a premium product looks premium from the moment of purchase, reinforcing your brand identity at every touchpoint and elevating perceived exclusivity, especially when the wallet gets photographed and shared.

Seats.io integration for assigned-seating events

We've integrated seating into the purchase flow for assigned-seating events, with configuration modeled on large-venue formats.

This opens the assigned-seating segment (arenas, theaters, venues with allocated seats) without changing your stack: the same Fourvenues serves a Friday nightclub and a Saturday arena concert. Guests see the map, choose the seat, and pay, with no friction.

Strategic integrations

Fiscal compliance integrations

Verifactu and TicketBAI: automated integrations with local tax administration systems for transparent, compliant billing. Regulatory compliance without added operational cost and without custom development.

New distribution channel integrations

Glovo and Spotify: integrations that increase event exposure and reach new audiences without leaving the platform. Your events surface where your audience is already consuming content (music and delivery), opening acquisition channels that don't require paid media spend.

TikTok integration

Native TikTok integration for full attribution of your digital marketing campaigns: real campaign optimization, lower CAC, measurable ROAS, and custom audiences built from actual buyers, not just clicks.
