POS and Cashless Updates
1.1. NFC Wristbands
We launched NFC wristband support integrated into the Fourvenues ecosystem, purpose-built for festivals and high-capacity events. Accreditation happens in a single gesture: staff scans the guest's ticket and links it to a specific wristband, either at pre-event check-in or at the door on event day. As a result, access becomes a tap, with no phone screen to unlock, no QR to find, and no dead battery to explain. The same wristband also doubles as a cashless wallet, since guests top up online before the event or at kiosks and bar points during the night, and pay with a tap.
Access accelerates 3-4× compared to QR scanning, which translates into shorter lines and a better first impression from minute one of the festival. On top of that, pre-event top-up incentives like "load $30, get $35" shift a significant portion of bar revenue into the pre-event window, which means guaranteed cash before doors open and less dependency during the night. Zero cash at bars means full traceability on every transaction and elimination of shrinkage. And you also gain actionable spend data per guest: how much they loaded, how much they spent, at which bar points, and at what time.
1.2. Tips on Reservations
We've built tipping directly into the online reservation flow. At confirmation, guests can add a tip (suggested percentage or free amount) which is charged alongside the reservation and assigned directly to the relevant team.
Guests tip when they're in a high-commitment moment psychologically, not when the moment has passed, which increases tips for your team without touching your margin. As a result, tips stop depending on cash randomness and become traceable and recurring, with zero in-room cash management. The average reservation ticket rises without any additional commercial effort.
Built to run leaner
2.1. RSVP List
We launched RSVP List, a new guest list model built around request-based access tied to the guest's profile, including Instagram. Guests request a spot from the event microsite, and the promoter or venue reviews and approves or rejects. Every approval generates a QR for door access, validated through the same scan flow as any other list.
Every approved request becomes a verified lead that goes directly into your CRM and is available for future campaigns. On top of that, you get real-time visibility into approvals versus actual arrivals, so you know exactly how many guests are still incoming at any point during the night. And, most importantly, you control the composition of your room, so RSVP List becomes the infrastructure for building the specific audience you want, not just filling capacity.
2.2. Online Box Office
We launched Online Box Office: guests buy their ticket from their phone while standing in line. You post a single QR for your organization in the queue area, and the guest scans it, sees the door sale tiers active for that event, pays, and receives their access QR instantly. Only an email is required, with no long forms and no friction.
As a result, the line moves itself, because guests reach the door with a QR already purchased, and access speed multiplies at the actual entry point. On top of that, every door sale now adds a verified contact to your CRM, instead of cash that disappears with no record of who bought it.
Built to convert
3.1. Season Passes with Membership
Passes evolve. They can now be configured as discount codes applied to ticket purchases, so the pass moves from a simple access credential to a membership benefit. Pass holders use their code at checkout and receive the discount you define.
With this, attendance predictability becomes real: every time a pass holder redeems their discount, you have a confirmed name and event, which lets you adjust production, staffing, and inventory based on data, not assumptions. The membership framing drives higher conversion and higher upfront ticket, because the pass stops competing with "do I feel like going out this Saturday?" and becomes a membership with real perceived value. You also identify your heavy users, track their event-by-event behavior, and activate targeted campaigns (upgrades, exclusives, renewals) on the base that actually moves your revenue. And you keep the upfront cash model while gaining real tracking on how the pass is being used.
Strategic integrations
4.1. TikTok Events API
We've shipped native integration with the TikTok Events API. Connect your TikTok Business account from Fourvenues in two clicks, and from that point on every ticket purchase on your microsite automatically sends the corresponding conversion event with its value. Available to all clients.
With this, TikTok starts showing your ads to audiences that actually buy, not just scroll, and cost per acquisition drops with each algorithm iteration because you're optimizing against real conversion. ROAS becomes measurable with automatic attribution, and you can build custom and lookalike audiences from real buyers to scale what's working. As a result, you close the growth loop on the channel where your audience is actually discovering events right now.
