NFC Wristbands

At festivals and high-capacity events, the operational surface area expands dramatically: entry flows, re-entry management, cashless spend across dozens of bar points, all running simultaneously. We built NFC wristband support into the Fourvenues ecosystem to handle it.

How it works:

  • Accreditation happens at pre-event check-in or on the day — staff scans the guest's ticket and links it to a specific wristband in a single gesture.

  • Access at entry, exit, and re-entry is a tap. No phone screen to unlock, no QR to find, no dead battery to explain.

  • Cashless runs on the same wristband. Guests top up online before the event by scanning the wristband QR, or at kiosks and bar points on the day. Payment is a tap.

  • Access speeds up 3-4x faster than QR scanning. Shorter lines, fewer complaints, better first impression from minute one of the festival.

RSVP List

RSVP List is a new guest list model built around request-based access tied to the guest's profile, including Instagram. Guests request a spot from the event microsite. The promoter or venue reviews and approves or rejects. Every approval generates a QR for door access, validated through the same scan flow as any other list.
